Please see a letter from the Building Committee regarding the status of the Regina Caeli Building Project.
Having granted permission to begin the reopening of public Masses, due to the ongoing gravity of the present moment and the restrictions being placed on us during the civil reopening plan, Bishop Thomas has hereby extended the dispensation for all Catholic faithful of the Diocese of Las Vegas and those Catholics visiting within the geographic boundaries of our Diocese, from the obligation of attending Sunday Masses up to and including December 31, 2020.
After receiving official notice from the state of Nevada that Houses of Worship have been given permission to congregate in greater numbers, Bishop Thomas has authorized additional capacity within the churches in our Diocese. As such we are now allowed no more than fifty-percent of posted capacity, while still practicing social distancing of six feet or greater between groups, as defined by the guidelines of our own Diocesan Restoration Advisory Council. As the numbers still do not allow for full capacity, reservations are still required.
Please see the announcement from Father Henry regarding Masses to be celebrated in our Parish until further notice. Note the requirements for those who wish to attend.
For the safety of our community, the Diocese is encouraging people to bring their own face covering and hand sanitizer.
***Due to limited seating availability, please note that the Dispensation from the Obligation to attend Sunday Mass remains in effect in the Diocese of Las Vegas. ***
Bishop George Leo Thomas, the Bishop of the Diocese of Las Vegas, said today that while he is pleased that houses of worship have been deemed essential services by the federal government, the reopening of the parishes of the Diocese of Las Vegas will begin June 6, 2020, and specifics will be led by its Diocesan Restoration Council.

During this time, we are being tested in unprecedented ways. As you know we must rely on our faith to overcome our fear.
We also realize there is a financial toll for each of us as well, and regrettably, our parish is not immune from this fact. We must continue to maintain our physical plant and pay for other required expenses in our parish. Realizing that our families will be your first priority if you are able to mail your contribution envelopes to the parish it would be much appreciated. If you would prefer to contact the office, we would be willing to schedule a time to come to you and pick up any donation you are able and willing to give at this time. For your convenience, you can also use the link below to donate online.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONTINUED GENEROSITY! GOD BLESS YOU!
